In this series, we demystify the chakras and explore how they connect to your psychology, emotions, and life choices. When you learn to read your own energy, you gain the ability to shift out of imbalance and align with your truth, increasing self-awareness, consciousness, and a sense of control over your life.
Each week combines:
Gentle Vinyasa Flow – to move energy, release tension, and strengthen alignment
Meditation & Mudra – to anchor awareness and create energetic balance
Dharma Talk & Reflection – to explore how balancing each chakra enhances confidence, creativity, compassion, self-expression, and meaningful relationships
Expect to leave each class not just physically energized, but with practical tools to recognize patterns, shift out of what no longer serves you, and consciously live in alignment with your deepest values.
Psychology of the Chakras – Weekly Focus
Week 1 – Root: Safety, grounding, self-trust, and feeling secure in life
Week 2 – Sacral: Emotional flow, creativity, healthy boundaries, and pleasure
Week 3 – Solar Plexus: Personal power, confidence, self-discipline, and motivation
Week 4 – Heart: Love, compassion, forgiveness, and meaningful connection
Week 5 – Throat: Authentic communication, self-expression, and truthfulness
Week 6 – Third Eye: Intuition, inner guidance, and clarity of perception Optional
Week 7 – Crown: Connection to higher wisdom, purpose, and spiritual alignment

Laura has been a practitioner of yoga for over 20 years & began her teaching journey in 2021. Focusing on the Mental Health & Healing benefits of yoga Laura has extensive studies in Yoga & Spiritual Psychology, most recently becoming a certified Theta Healer and teacher of Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga.
Laura is passionate about creating sacred spaces for others to find the tools and modalities that resonate with them. Her classes & 1:1 sessions allow space & non-judgemental awareness in support of clients re-programming belief systems, profound self knowledge in body & mind, and personal growth so they can live their best & most vibrant life.
