CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Whether you practice yoga for the physical, mental, or spiritual benefits, you will find a wide variety of class options, workshops, and events that honor the roots of the yogic traditions, meet you where you’re at, and a welcoming community of teachers, staff, and students alike! Explore the various class offerings, get to know our instructors and try out different classes to discover what works best for you. MONDAY

VINYASA YOGA | Bobbi Jarvis

9M - 10:15AM | LIVESTREAM + IN PERSON

Move, breathe, and build strength to start your week feeling grounded and alive. This traditional vinyasa class guides you through flowing sequences that improve flexibility, stability, and focus while keeping the practice simple and easy to follow.

Every class will include asanas (yoga poses), meditation and self-inquiry to help students step into their full potential on and off the mat. Each week offers a fresh focus—like hip openers, balance, or heart expansion—so you can explore new areas of your body and feel real progress over time. You’ll leave class feeling stronger, calmer, and more centered, ready to take on your day with ease.

VINYASA FLOW | Sarika Kopp

5:30 - 6:45PM | IN PERSON ONLY

This is an energizing class that blends movement, mindfulness, breath, theme and music for a robustly soulful experience. Great for clients who enjoy creative flows and the opportunity to explore their edge. Class will begin with intentional theme and breath work, transition into an energetic arch of movement towards a peak pose, and finish with a relaxing cool down and savasana. Props and modifications are always offered throughout class to make this an accessible, all skill levels flow.

TUESDAY

GENTLE YOGA | Vanessa

This class is designed to adapt to all body types, ages, fitness levels, and interests. Classes typically start with a brief centering and a coming into stillness. Then incorporate some breathe work & stretches so that the spine is moved in six directions. Class moves into balancing postures, and concludes in savasana (resting pose) so that students leave the class feeling refreshed and restored. The intensity of the class is often defined as gentle, moderate, or vigorous because our needs vary from day to day and over time. Students are encouraged to tune in to their bodies and practice at the intensity that feels right in the present moment. All Levels Welcome.

WEDNESDAY

ALL LEVELS FLOW | Laura Erickson

9- 10:15 AM | LIVESTREAM + IN PERSON

All Levels Flow offers a complete practice that begins with centering and grounding, moves into a vibrant flow connecting breath to movement, followed by seated postures for a full body stretch. All levels are welcome and students are encouraged & will be taught how to modify postures with the use of props & variations, as well as options to increase the intensity of a posture should the student choose to. This is YOUR practice! The yoga sequence offered is an invitation to try new movements while honoring what your body, mind, and spirit needs in the moment.

Spa Yoga 4-Week Series Month of May | Christine Lewis

6:00 - 7:15PM | IN PERSON ONLY (May 6th - 27th )

SPA yoga is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole body sensory experience (type of restorative yoga). By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!), SPA aligns you with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation. During SPA, you will discover extra hands on assists and massages (optional), a calming candle lit atmosphere, delightful scents, beautiful music and an extended, guided savasana. No prior yoga experience is needed. All levels are welcome. You can sign up for the series for $75, Drop in to class for $22, or use your class pack or membership!

THURSDAY

BALANCED FLOW | Kathleen

8:15 - 9:30A |IN PERSON ONLY

This vinyasa class guides participants through asanas that connect to the energy centers within the body. Correlating movement with breath is a central element as students are guided to relax the sympathetic nervous system and enter into a state of centered calm.

Class begins with gentle asanas and movements that awaken the joints and warm the muscles in preparation for a series of vinyasa flows that bring strength, balance, and symmetry. Classes conclude with cooling postures, reflection, and savasana. ‍

FRIDAY

RISE & ALIGN | Bobbi Jarvis

7:30-8:30AM |IN PERSON ONLY

Start your day aligning your body, mind, and breath. This vinyasa-style class is designed for everybody regardless of ability and students are encouraged to listen to their body's needs, taking variations and using props whenever it feels that it will best support their practice. Class will start in stillness to ground and center, then gradually move towards the peak of the class, consisting of sun salutations and balancing postures that build both physical and mental strength. Students will be reminded to listen closely to their body and breath, honoring what they need in each moment. Class will close with a well-deserved savasana. Hands-on adjustments are offered, but these are always an option.
