Whether you practice yoga for the physical, mental, or spiritual benefits, you will find a wide variety of class options, workshops, and events that honor the roots of the yogic traditions, meet you where you’re at, and a welcoming community of teachers, staff, and students alike! Explore the various class offerings, get to know our instructors and try out different classes to discover what works best for you. MONDAY

VINYASA YOGA | Bobbi Jarvis

DEEP STRETCH | Stacey Forend

5:30 - 6:45PM | IN PERSON ONLY

This deep stretch class will be an excellent supplemental practice to your yoga practice! Not a yogi? This class will benefit you too. Fans of Yin Yoga will find strong similarities in this class. You do not need to be naturally flexible to participate! Come to class, we will all get there together. Many modifications and use of props will be offered throughout class to ensure that this practice is accessible for all students. Class will begin with a gentle but dynamic warm up and move into 8-12 passive stretch postures that we will hold for 2-5 minutes each.  Please note: this is not a restorative class. We will be working at a 7/10 intensity level for the duration of each stretch. Reset poses and movement will happen between each long held stretch to “shake it off” before moving on to the next stretch. Class will end with a final resting posture to integrate your practice into your body.

All Levels Flow offers a complete practice that begins with centering and grounding, moves into a vibrant flow connecting breath to movement, followed by seated postures for a full body stretch. All levels are welcome and students are encouraged & will be taught how to modify postures with the use of props & variations, as well as options to increase the intensity of a posture should the student choose to. This is YOUR practice! The yoga sequence offered is an invitation to try new movements while honoring what your body needs.

GENTLE YOGA | Vanessa M.

10 - 11:15AM | IN PERSON ONLY

This class is designed to adapt to all body types, ages, fitness levels, and interests. Classes typically start with a brief centering and a coming into stillness. They incorporate some breathe work & stretches so that the spine is moved in six directions. Then class moves to balancing postures, and concludes in shavasana (resting pose) so that students leave the class feeling refreshed and restored. The intensity of the class is often defined as gentle, moderate, or vigorous because our needs vary from day to day and over time. Students are encouraged to tune in to their bodies and practice at the intensity that feels right in the present moment. All Levels Welcome.

STRENGTH & RELEASE | Bobbi Jarvis

Find balance in your body and mind with our Strength and Release class. Designed to enhance mobility, build strength, and improve alignment, this class offers a powerful blend of movement and mindful release. Whether you spend your days at a desk, on your feet in a demanding profession, or engaging in heavy lifting and high-impact activities, this practice provides the extra care your body needs. Expect simple yet effective sequences that challenge you in new ways, helping to prevent injury, release tension, and restore balance. Come as you are, and leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and deeply restored.

GENTLE HATHA FLOW & YIN YOGA | Sarah Trudel

5:30 - 6:45PM | LIVESTREAM + IN PERSON

Hatha & Yin Combine! This class utilizes gentle, slow and mindful asanas designed to calm your body, mind, and spirit - with a focus on alignment, breathwork techniques, and small moments of meditation within poses. Woven throughout the class are Yin poses which are held for a minimum of three minutes, and are assisted by gravity’s pull on the body. Yin targets the connective tissues of the body and joints. This practice is great for all levels and abilities, allowing participants to decide their own level of physical and mental challenge throughout. The majority of class is spent very low to the ground.

SLOW & STRONG | Zita Flaherty

In Slow and Strong we train both physical and mental strength and flexibility following in a quiet and powerful space. Expect a mix of traditional asana (postures) with innovative movement that will “keep you on your toes” and encourage the process of tuning into your individual needs.

Suitable for All Levels of yoga experience! Please note, this class takes places BEFORE The Local Grocer is open, Please enter through the back door on the left where it says “Be Well Studios” on the sign above the doorway.

RESTORATIVE YOGA | Stacey Forend

If you’re feeling the need to slow down, rest, and JUST BE, then this is the class for you! 

You’ll allow your mind, body and spirit space to rest deeply in calming presence, nurturing balance while releasing tension. This practice offers your nervous system a state of harmony for healing. You are held by multiple props in passive floor postures lasting for 5-10 minutes or longer in each. 

The ending to your week is a beautiful time to soften and release.

SATURDAY

Start your weekend on a high note with Feel Good Flow — an energetic, music-filled Vinyasa class designed to get your body moving, your energy lifted, and your spirit glowing. Bobbi’s warm, inclusive teaching style will have you smiling, sweating, and feeling deeply connected — both to yourself and to our sweet Kula community.

Expect an engaging, upbeat flow with creative sequencing, fun playlists, and that perfect balance of strength, freedom, and ease. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed, empowered, and ready to roll into your weekend with a peaceful, happy heart.
