In this 8-week series, we’ll walk side by side with Arjuna and Krishna through the battlefield of the Mahabharata - an inner battlefield that mirrors our own. The Gita serves as a bridge between the physical and spiritual, the human and the divine, life and death.
Using Eknath Easwaran’s translation of the Bhagavad Gita, we’ll explore timeless teachings on duty, selflessness, devotion, and liberation, while anchoring them into the modern lived experience.
Together we will:
Explore the Gita through a Yogic lens unpacking Karma, Jnana, Bhakti, and Raja Yoga
Discuss spiritual conflict, purpose, and transformation
Integrate insights through meditation, journaling, and group dialogue
Reflect on devotion, detachment, dharma, and the deeper Self (Atman)
Hold sacred space for intuitive insight, personal storytelling, and subtle energy shifts
Get a jump start on the ski season, prevent injury, and gain strength and endurance to keep your body well prepared when the snow flies!
