Winter Solstice Sound Healing

This Winter Solstice, will mark the final gathering at our studio as Mountain Kula Yoga.

On this special evening, we will cozy in together just as we have for the past 5 Winter Solstices for a special time in community with soulful harmonizing sounds of crystal bowls played by Ashera as Laura guides you into restful nurturing restorative floor based postures that will allow you to sink in, be present, and allow for the healing vibrations to carry through you.

We will open our hearts with the cacao, to all that has been and all that will come for our Kula community, as this is not an ending, but an Evolution.

Please register early as space is limited. If there is high demand, we can consider adding an additional class time so all that wish to attend can partake in this celebratory time.

Drop-in $35

Unlimited Monthly Members : $28

Class Pack Members : $30 or 2 classes off class pack

Children Ages 12-18 : $25 (For a child to attend, please contact us so that we can note that they are a child coming with an adult, and when we make that note, you will be able to purchase the discounted rate for the child. email hello@mountainkulayoga.com)
