Spa Yoga

SPA yoga is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole body sensory experience (type of restorative yoga). By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!), SPA aligns you with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation. During SPA, you will discover extra hands on assists and massages (optional), a calming candle lit atmosphere, delightful scents, beautiful music and an extended, guided savasana. No prior yoga experience is needed. All levels are welcome.

Emily began her yoga practice while searching for community and connection—and that same longing is what gently guided her into teaching. She finds deep joy in creating spaces where people can come together and fully be themselves.
To Emily, yoga is so much more than movement. It is a feeling of coming home - a sacred space to gather, to breathe, to soften, and to listen to the quiet wisdom of your body.
In her classes, Emily guides students inward, inviting curiosity, awareness, and a deeper connection to breath, mind, and body. Her teaching includes optional hands-on assists and essential oils. Emily is committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space where everyone feels safe, supported, and seen. She truly believes yoga is for every body—no flexibility, strength, or prior experience required.
