RETURN: An Autumn Equinox Gathering

w/ Laura & Victoria

As the season turns and the days begin to grow quieter, you’re invited to pause, soften, and return to yourself.

Join us for a deeply nourishing Autumn Equinox gathering centered around release, reflection, and receiving. We’ll move through a gentle restorative practice, guided reflection and journaling, deeply soothing sound healing, and Yoga Nidra, creating space to let go of what you no longer need and listen inward for what truly matters.

We’ll also create a beautiful collective mandala from fallen leaves and other found treasures from nature, honoring the impermanence and beauty of this season. We’ll close our evening together with warm apple cider and time to connect in community.

Come as you are. Leave the striving at the door.

This is a seasonal pause to slow down, reconnect with yourself and nature, and remember that sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is simply return.

No experience necessary. All are welcome.

Please consider bringing found objects from nature to contribute to our mandala ritual. Examples: acorns, leaves, branches, flowers, feathers, pinecones, stones, etc.
